About cd's:
AAD, ADD, DDD and super-audio give an indication about the recording quality. AAD and ADD are older recordings (stereo), DDD are modern digital recordings.
Super-audio cd's are the most modern recordings good for super-audio players. But most of them are hybride which can be played on normal cd-players. See the information near the wished super-audio cd in the catalogue.
MP3 cd's cannot be played on all cd-players (see instruction booklet player).

About dvd's:
DVD video= film; DVD audio=not a film but music and photo's (no moving pictures).
The dvd's in our catalogue are almost dvd video's; dvd audio are explcit mentioned in the text.
Customers outside Europe have to know that not all the European dvd's can be played in other continents. Other regioncodes than 0 (=worldwide) can give problems.
Disc format PAL is the European standard. We advise you to ask the dealer of your dvd-
player.
Explanation terms:
Picture format 16:9=wide screen; 4:3=normal format.
Sound-quality: 5.1 surround=dolby digital or dts; 2.0=stereo. Dolby digital contain up to 5.1 channels of discrete audio. Playback from 2-channel DVD player outputs is compatible with stereo and dolby pro logic reproduction.
DTS soundtrack require the us of a DTS decoder for 5.1 playback. All DTS encoded dvd's also contain a soundtrack providing with stereo.
